At this time the option to pay by bank account (ACH) is not available through our online bill pay, but we are able to take one-time ACH payments over the phone.  We will update this page when this option is available online.

Setting up Your Online Account
You will need your account/customer number and access code located on your bill to create your online account. Click the Sign Up button and follow the easy online instructions. Thereafter, you will only need your Login ID and password to gain access to your account.  


Go Paperless!

Once you are logged in, click "Billing Options" and turn E-mail Notification "On". You will receive future notifications in your email that your new bill is ready to view with a link to view, print or pay online.


Set Up Automatic Payments

Never forget to pay your bill again! You can set up recurring payments with one of the options below. Payments are processed by the due date on your bill. If your due date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, your payment may be processed up to 2 business days before the due date.


Auto-Pay by debit or credit card

You can sign up for recurring debit or credit card payments through your online account by clicking "Billing Options". Turn Automatic Payment "On" and then follow the easy on-screen instructions. Continue to submit payment until your bill reflects that your payment will be auto deducted.


Auto-Pay by EFT 

You can sign up for recurring EFT payments (auto draft through your bank account) by clicking the "Click here to get started" link above. Complete and sign the Authorization form and submit it to us by utilizing a secure email method, by mail or visit our office. Continue to submit payment until your bill reflects that your payment will be auto deducted. 


How to Add a New Account to Your Existing Online Account

A new account will be created when you transfer services to a new address and will be shown on your next bill along with an access code. You can add this new account to your existing online account under "User Options" and select "Manage Accounts".
